No page was created on this car.  A planned restoration was scrapped
when the OPR purchased the Santa Rosa, due to being cost prohibitive.   
This car which was heavily damaged by fire prior to the OPR acquisition,
will be now be sold or scrapped and the trucks saved for future use.
